A big welcome and congratulations in taking this first step to begin running.

I hope that this sport will give you everything and more that it has done for me, an over-whelming sense of achievement and confidence to name 2 things on a long list of many.

Ladies do you want to begin running for fitness and weight loss/control?

Begin to run now with a group of like minded ladies. Learn to run – build up the miles – loose weight – build your confidence – make friends

Minimum group 5 people – maximum group 12 people
Introductory offer of just £25 per month to include: 2 x 1 hour training sessions per week.
Or £3.50 per run session

Personal dietary analysis – Carbs/Fat/Protein

Personal Calorie consumption and expenditure calculations (weight management) (payment must be made in advance for each month of participation of the programme)

A variety of times during the school term hours are available Days maybe flexible. Please specify most suitable times upon booking If the time you require is not listed please contact as alternative arrangements can be made

Interested in training for a marathon The 1st Brighton Marathon is to be held on Sunday 18th April 2010

So why should you start running? Why a run group?

After talking to alot of women about my running, it became apparent that many of them wanted to start running but thought either they could not do it, did not know how to begin or did not want to start running by themselves. By running in a group you have the support of the other people, it is a team effort. All the members will be of the same standard as you, beginners, and so it you will not feel intimidated and you most definitely will not be left behind.

My aim is to train you for an event, The Race for Life, The Great South Run, or even the Brighton or London Marathon

You can do it, it is not impossible. Even though this seems a lot of miles at the moment you will be surprised by your bodies ability to adapt.
